TotalCare is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility measures

  • Allowing browser zoom and pinch-to-zoom.
  • Providing a “Skip to main content” link, a main landmark, and clearer focus styles.
  • Continuing work to improve contrast and in-content link visibility.
  • Publishing this accessibility feedback channel.

Known limitations

Some third-party tools (scheduling widgets, payment processors, embedded maps/PDFs) and older content (including image alternatives on staff pages) may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are continuing remediation and can provide alternative access on request.
